KortexHQ is for getting real work and life tasks done. These rules keep it safe and fair for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. The basics

Use KortexHQ lawfully and in good faith. Don't use it to harm people, deceive them, or break the rules of other services you use.

2. Not allowed: harm to people

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or sexualizing children in any way.
  • Sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent, including fake or edited ones.
  • Impersonating real people or organizations to deceive, or creating fake endorsements.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, hate directed at people for who they are, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
  • Doxxing, stalking, covert tracking or gathering private information about someone to target them.

3. Not allowed: fraud, abuse and attacks

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, fake reviews or deceptive marketing.
  • Malware, credential theft, or instructions for breaking into systems you don't own or have permission to test.
  • Meaningful help with weapons capable of mass harm, or other serious illegal activity.
  • Accessing other people's accounts or data, scraping private content, or probing, overloading or attacking KortexHQ.
  • Getting around usage limits, credit or payment checks, safety refusals or security controls, including creating extra accounts to repeat free offers.

Legitimate education, research, journalism and security work on systems you are authorized to test are welcome, within these safety limits.

4. Be careful with sensitive information

  • Don't upload passwords, API keys, full payment card or bank numbers, government ID numbers, or detailed health records.
  • Avoid identifying details about children — names, schools, faces and birth dates.
  • Only upload photos, transcripts and documents you have the right to use. If people are recognizable in a photo, get their agreement.

5. Marketing and messaging

KortexHQ can help you draft ManyChat flows, emails and campaigns, but it doesn't send them. When you send them yourself, message only people who have agreed to hear from you, include a clear way to unsubscribe where required, follow each platform's rules and applicable law, and have a person review messages before they go out.

6. How we respond

We don't watch your workspace around the clock, and automated safety systems at our AI providers may decline some requests. When we learn of a possible violation — for example through a report — we review it and respond proportionately: a warning, removing specific content, limiting a feature, or in serious or repeated cases suspending or closing the account, as set out in our Terms. Where it's practicable and lawful, we'll tell you and give you a chance to respond. To appeal a decision, reply to our message or email team@aimasterminds.com.

7. Reporting misuse

Email team@aimasterminds.com. Describe the problem and where it is. Please don't attach harmful images or other people's private information — a description and location are enough to start. For copyright and intimate-image reports, see Intellectual Property & Content Reports.
