This page explains who owns what in KortexHQ, how to respect other people's work and likenesses, and how to tell us about content that infringes someone's rights or harms someone's privacy.
1. Your content stays yours
You keep the rights you have in what you upload and write. We use it only to provide the service, as our Terms explain. AI output ownership and its limits are explained in Terms — AI output; we can't promise that output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of others' rights.
2. KortexHQ materials
KortexHQ and AiMasterminds names and logos, the app's design and software, the Prompt Village catalog and its cover artwork belong to us. You may use individual prompt templates in your work as the Terms allow.
3. Other people's work, brands and likenesses
Names of other products and companies mentioned in KortexHQ — such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, ManyChat or Stripe — belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean we are affiliated with them or endorsed by them. Only upload material you have the right to use, get consent from recognizable people, and don't create content suggesting a person or brand endorses something when they haven't.
4. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content available through KortexHQ infringes your copyright, email team@aimasterminds.com with:
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- where the material is, specifically enough for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine).
We have not yet designated an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, so we don't claim the protections that come with that designation. We will still review every complaint promptly and in good faith.
5. Reporting intimate images, impersonation or private information
If KortexHQ is being used to share intimate images of you without consent, to impersonate you, or to expose your private information, email team@aimasterminds.com. Please describe the content and where it is rather than sending the images or information themselves. We treat these reports as urgent.
6. Reporting abusive or non-consensual images
You don't need an account to report an intimate image shared without consent, a sexual deepfake, or an image used to harass or threaten someone. Email team@aimasterminds.com.
Please don't send the image itself. Tell us where it is, what it shows, how to reach you, and whether you are the person shown or acting with their authority. We will treat these reports as urgent, remove or disable access to content we confirm is abusive, look for identical copies we hold, and act within the time the law requires. We will not ask you for more of the image than we need to find it.
7. What happens next
We review each report and may ask for more information. Where a report is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may take action on the account under our Acceptable Use Policy. Where appropriate and safe, we tell the person who posted it and let them respond. If you think material was removed by mistake, reply to our message or email team@aimasterminds.com explaining why; we'll review it and reply. Knowingly false reports may have legal consequences.
