Version
0.1-draft
Draft prepared
October 12, 2026
Effective date
Not set — not yet effective

This notice covers health-related information you choose to give KortexHQ — for example allergies or foods to avoid in a meal plan, or health details you write into a conversation or file. It adds to our Privacy Notice, which still applies to everything else.

1. What this covers

KortexHQ is not a medical, clinical or health-tracking service. But some tools ask optional questions where people naturally mention health details. For example, the Prompt Village tool “Dinner from what I've got” asks about “Allergies or avoid” and “Who's eating”. You may also type health details into a conversation, attach a note that contains them, or import a ChatGPT transcript that mentions them.

This notice covers that information, the account it is linked to, and the replies, plans and images KortexHQ creates from it (for example, a recipe that leaves out peanuts because you asked).

2. Categories of health information

  • Food allergies, intolerances and dietary restrictions you enter, such as “avoid peanuts” or “no gluten”.
  • Household details you give alongside them, such as how many people are eating.
  • Any other health condition, symptom, medication, fitness or wellness detail you choose to write into a message, file or transcript.
  • AI replies and saved results that repeat or are based on those details.

3. Where it comes from

Only from you. We do not infer health conditions from your browsing or activity, we do not use tracking to work out health information, and we do not buy health information from data brokers or anyone else.

4. How we use it

  • To give you the help you asked for — for example, a meal plan that respects the allergies you listed.
  • To save it with your work in your private account so you can come back to it.
  • To keep KortexHQ safe and secure, and to investigate abuse.
  • To answer support or privacy requests you send us.

We do not use it for advertising, and the code we reviewed contains no workflow that sells it or shares it for advertising. We do not use it to train our own AI models.

5. Who receives it

Only the services needed to do what you asked:

  • Lovable — hosts KortexHQ and stores your account and saved work (Lovable Cloud), and routes AI requests through the Lovable AI Gateway.
  • OpenAI — receives the request content you send to an AI feature, through the Lovable AI Gateway, to produce the reply.

The limits on what is sent, and what we know about provider retention, are in our Privacy Notice and AI & Third-Party Services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Share only what you need

You can get good results without naming anyone or giving a diagnosis. “Avoid peanuts” or “one person is vegetarian” works just as well as a name or medical history. Please don't include a child's name, medical records, insurance numbers or test results. KortexHQ is not designed to receive medical records.

7. Important limits

AI replies can be wrong. A meal plan or recipe is not a guarantee that food is safe for an allergy — always check labels and ingredients yourself, and follow your doctor's advice. KortexHQ does not give medical advice and is not a healthcare provider or a business associate under HIPAA.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold your health-related information, and give you access to it or a copy;
  • give you a list of the services and other parties that received it;
  • correct it;
  • delete it; and
  • stop using it, if you no longer agree to its use.

Email team@aimasterminds.com. These requests are handled by a person, not automatically. We will confirm your identity in a proportionate way and reply within the time the applicable law requires. If we refuse a request, we will explain why and how to appeal; you can also appeal by replying to our answer.

Deletion covers your account copy. Copies in our providers' backups or logs, or that we must keep by law, may remain for a limited time; we will tell you if something can't be deleted and why. See Data Rights & Deletion for how deletion works.

9. Changes and contact

This is a draft. When a version takes effect, it will show its effective date, and we will tell account holders about material changes first.
