We want KortexHQ to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. This page describes what we have actually checked, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us.
1. What we have checked
- Main pages — home, Prompt Village and these legal pages — work with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines on links and buttons.
- Pages use headings, labelled navigation and descriptive link and button names so they can be followed with assistive technology.
- Layouts were checked at desktop, tablet and phone widths without sideways scrolling.
- Prompt Village cover motion has a Pause control and stays still when your device asks for reduced motion or data saving.
- These legal pages are plain, static text with a table of contents and a print-friendly layout.
These checks were done by our team with automated browser tests and manual review. They are not a formal audit, and we don't claim conformance with any particular accessibility standard.
2. Known limitations
- AI-generated replies and images may lack structure, alt text or clear wording, and generated images may contain small or unreadable text.
- Some workspace screens have not yet been fully tested with screen readers.
- Pages from other services, such as payment checkout, follow their providers' own accessibility practices.
3. Ask for help or another format
If something is hard to use, or you'd like a document in another format, email team@aimasterminds.com. Telling us the page, your browser and any assistive technology helps, but it's optional, and you never need to tell us about a disability or prove anything. We'll reply as soon as we can and work with you on a solution.
